The space
Costa Vista – “Coastal View” – sets the tone from the moment you arrive. Elevated above Coolum Beach, this is a statement home where striking marble, bold architectural design and uninterrupted ocean views take centre stage. Every space and floor level has been designed to impress, with high-end finishes and a scale that feels both luxurious and effortless.
Spanning three levels, each floor offers something unique:
Level One ~ Studio & Cinema
The lower level is a private retreat within the home, ideal for extended family, teens, or guests who want their own space. A self-contained studio with kitchenette and private bathroom that leads through to a dedicated cinema and media room, perfect for movie nights, rainy days, or simply having your own space to unwind. It’s a combination of comfort and thoughtful design, setting the tone for the rest of the home.
Level Two ~ Heart of the Home
The second level is where the home truly comes alive. A light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge space flows seamlessly outdoors to the covered pool terrace, BBQ, and alfresco dining. The kitchen is a showstopper, featuring striking marble benchtops, high-end appliances, a butler’s pantry, and a DeLonghi espresso machine for slow mornings.
