‘Luka’ is one of only 9 architecturally designed units, the property boasts the size and features of a house with an enormous open plan living/dining area and four balconies taking in captivating views in every direction.
The location is enviable with direct beach access to crystal clear rock pools, white beaches and a ‘locals’ surfboarding spot. If you like to walk, follow the coast track to Coolum, where you might see Loggerhead Turtles, Osprey, Black Cockatoos, Dolphins and Whales.

The kitchen is an entertainers delight equipped with high end appliances, gas cooktop, french door fridge and coffee machine. You will have everything you need for a short or extended stay.
All three bed rooms are located on the lower level. The generous master bedroom and bathroom with king bed and private balcony offers views down the coast line.
The second and third bedroom enjoy large glass bi-fold doors to the pool terrace. One with a king size bed and the other two king singles that can be joined to create a king bed (please advise on configuration when booking)

Pet friendly for 1 small dog only. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking (You will need to bring bedding and bowls) Strictly no dogs on furniture or bedding and please DO NOT use our washing machine to launder your pets bedding.

The entire apartment, courtyard, pool and garage are for our guests exclusive use.
Other things to note
Strictly no “Schoolies” or similar parties. Please do not enquire.
This is a very quiet community, please be respectful of our lovely neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
The pool is serviced regularly. It is a condition on booking to allow access so we can keep up to date with the servicing.
