About Us
About the Soulfull Stayz team
Soulfull Stayz is a family owned and operated short-term rental management company on the Sunshine Coast.
Our story
Tanya Tempest, the founder of Soulfull Stayz, poured her heart & soul into her first AirBnb back in 2016. The response was so overwhelming that she soon noticed the opportunity for her to work with other short term rentals owners, to create that same luxurious experience for their guests. Since then, she’s made it her business to create warm and welcoming spaces for guests to relax in. With a passion for hospitality and impeccable attention to detail, Tanya knows exactly how to make someone feel at home. And what better location than the beautiful Sunshine Coast!
We are boutique
As Soulfull Stayz grew, Tanya was joined by her son, Harley, bringing together a family driven approach to short-term rental management. Today, we continue to grow the business while keeping our portfolio boutique, ensuring every property receives the personal care and attention that Soulfull Stayz is known for.

What property owners have to say
Tanya’s professional, friendly and personable service made our first Air BnB hosting experience run seamlessly. She ensured our house was well cared for and kept us informed throughout which was highly comforting knowing that our property was in good hands. We have no hesitation in recommending Soulfull Stayz for your Air BnB management services.
Tanya has been a delight to work with from day one. She has taken care of every aspect of my airbnb hosting and has consistently brilliant reviews from guests. Her ongoing commitment to providing an excellent experience for guests is exceptional and ensures very little need for input myself.
Tanya has been our property manager for the last 5 months and there is no one else that I would have wanted looking after our apartment. All of the reviews we received are all owed to Tanya and how she looked after the place and always made sure it was clean, tidy and welcoming for our guests. I highly recommend Soulfull Stayz to anyone looking for the perfect property manager!
Tanya took fantastic care of my property for 8 months and was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional, handled all correspondence with guests seamlessly and always kept me up to date. I would not hesitate to contact Tanya in the future and highly recommend her services!
Tanya looked after our holiday rental property like it was her own. Our house was always in pristine condition when guests arrived and departed and her team are an amazing group of people - from cleaners, to windows washers, to garden maintenance - everyone was friendly, trustworthy and very professional. If you are looking for an amazing airBnB host on the Sunshine Coast, we would highly recommend Tanya/ Soulfull stayz. Tanya and her team are the absolute best!
Tanya has managed our property and achieved excellent results. High booking rates and excellent guest feedback. She is a great communicator and willing to go above and beyond. The property was always spotless and well maintained. If you are looking for a manager, look no further. We tried several large holdiay letting companies before Tanya, and she was leaps and bounds better in every way.
Tanya from Soulfull Stayz hosted our property for 2 years and achieved ALL 5 star reviews across 70 stays. We always felt comfortable that she was screening guests well. Soulfull Stayz was always very quick with communication and dealing with any guest queries that arose. We highly recommend Soulfull Stayz to anyone considering using a host for their property.

Tanya and her team managed our holiday home until we sold it recently. We could not have thought of a better agent to look after our asset. The house was always immaculately presented when we used it for ourselves and the high occupancy rate spoke for the high standard of her work. Thank you again Tanya for taking care of us and all the best for future endeavors.
Thank you for looking after our property, we found you and your staff very professional and thorough. Our property was always cleaned to a high standard and have felt comfortable it was being well presented and looked after. All the best Kellie 🙂
