How cancellations work for direct bookings and bookings made through other platforms.
For direct bookings made with Soulfull Stayz, the accommodation rate is fully non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
For bookings made through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com or Stayz, please refer to the cancellation policy displayed on the relevant booking platform for your reservation, as the terms may differ.
