Just 450m from the beach, enjoy the best of both worlds, a peaceful retreat that feels tucked away, while still being close to Coolum’s cafes, coastline, and local charm.

Designed for relaxed holiday living, the home features seamless indoor-outdoor spaces, a private pool, and a pet-friendly setting perfect for unwinding, reconnecting, and enjoying the Sunny Coast.

The space
Step inside and settle into the thoughtfully designed spaces of Pacific Oasis. Our home offers two comfortable bedrooms, with Bedroom 1 featuring a queen bed and Bedroom 2 offering two king single beds, perfect for families, friends, or couples travelling together. Both bedrooms include split system air conditioning and ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for an easy stay, including a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom features a bathtub and rain shower, with a separate powder room for convenience. A combination washing machine and dryer is also available for guest use.

Outside, enjoy your own private tropical garden setting with a sparkling pool (not heated) and a patio area complete with a gas Weber BBQ, the perfect spot for relaxed afternoons surrounded by greenery.

Please note: Pacific Oasis is a private guest house located beneath the main residence. The property is one larger home that has been thoughtfully separated into two completely independent living areas, with a separate residence located above. As this is a shared property, you may occasionally hear normal household activity from the residence above.

Other things to note
🚗 There is parking available for one vehicle only, located at the front of the property, please ensure to follow the parking rules and only park in the designated location.

Access to the property requires walking down two flights of stairs, 16 steps in total from the entry gate.

This home is located in a very quiet community, we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
