Welcome to Salt & Sunshine at The Headlands, a freshly renovated coastal escape directly across from Alexandra Headland Beach, nestled on the iconic Alex Hill, also known locally as Alex Bluff.

With fresh white coastal styling, two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious balcony, unwind with a morning coffee, take a dip in the shared pool or explore the nearby cafés, coastal walks and golden sands of the Sunshine Coast.

Welcome to our little slice of coastal paradise. With fresh white coastal styling, comfortable spaces and a spacious balcony, Salt & Sunshine is a place to slow down, unwind and feel right at home. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer Sunshine Coast getaway, we hope you love staying here as much as we do.

Our kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a relaxed dinner at home. The bathroom offers a comfortable space to freshen up after a swim or a day exploring the coast.

The open plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space to unwind after a day at the beach. Enjoy the light, coastal interiors and easy access to the balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, with one queen bed and two single beds.

~ Bathroom/ Laundry

Enjoy our freshly updated bathroom, plus a convenient laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

~ Outdoor Living & Pool

Step out onto the spacious balcony and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool within the complex, perfect for cooling off on a sunny Queensland afternoon.

Beautiful place to stay! We felt right at home in Tanya’s apartment. It’s clean and cozy has everything you need for a weekend stay! Only a couple of streets back from the beach, so close to restaurants and fantastic coffee. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s Buderim home, the perfect spot for a family Christmas and one of the nicest places we’ve rented. The home is welcoming and well styled, with a great kitchen for cooking, a beautiful pool, and thoughtful touches like the telescope and artwork. We’d happily recommend it for a special getaway. Very nice apartment which was opposite a wonderful beach with life guards. Great location centrally located on the Sunshine coast allowing for pleasant drives both north to Noosa and south to various attractions such as Australia zoo.

Tanya’s home was just so clean & comfortable for our family of seven. We all had our space with seating in the lounge room & plenty of room inside or outside for dining. The pool & spa was awesome & used everyday. Tanya responded promptly with any questions that we had for her, we would definitely stay again.

My teenage kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mooloolaba. Great location, close to restaurants & shops (but out of the main street which was great), short stroll to to the beach, nicely decorated, pool, and everything you need for a fabulous beach stay. Tanya was super responsive and clear with all instrutions for the house. We all really enjoyed it!
